Buildings may be copyright protected on the outside and on the inside. In various European countries, court decisions answered questions like: What are the requirements for copyright protection of architecture? May the architect stop re-modeling of a building due to moral rights? The seminar will look at case law from France, Germany, Italy and Turkey.
This webinar will be held on Friday, September 24, 2021 from 13:00 - 14:30 (CEST).
