Ying Mu

Ying MU focuses on Intellectual Property, Unfair Competition and Anti-Monopoly legal issues, especially has wide expertise on the registration, maintenance, protection and challenge of trademark as well as on the development of national and global protection strategies. She also has rich experience in patent litigation matters.

Ying MU studied International Law and obtained her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Peking University in China.

Prior to joining Global, she worked with Beijing First Intermediate People’s Court from 2008 to 2014 as a clerk and judge. She worked as a judge in Beijing Intellectual Property Court from 2015 to 2017. She joined Global Law Office in October 2017.

She teaches Intellectual Property Law as a visiting lecturer at the Peking University. She also gives lectures for the China Trademark Office and China Bar Association.

She is a member of the Beijing Intellectual Property Law Research Association, the China TV Production Industry Association.
