Debrief of the Annual Congress with magistrates at the French courts and with the French Patent Office

Upon coming back from Hangzhou, the French group had the pleasure to meet again in November, this time with magistrates at the French courts who regularly deal with IP matters and with members of the French patent office (INPI).

The leader of each question presented the question, and the resolution adopted in Hangzhou. This was followed by active discussions among the members which allowed them to gain insight into the work and reasoning the judges apply in their daily tasks.

The questions for the Yokohama congress were also presented with great enthusiasm. The French group has already scheduled the first meeting to work on these questions. Stay tuned!
