Patent Cooperation Treaty – PCT
The PCT Committee reviews PCT issues, such as WIPO PCT Working Group initiatives. These include review and comment on WIPO information circulars and attending the PCT Working Group annual meeting.
Our goals are to provide comment on WIPO initiatives, and to disseminate information about PCT developments to AIPPI members.
