Stefan Naumann is a partner with Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP and heads the firm’s intellectual property practice in Paris. He is admitted to practice in France and in California, and is an independent neutral for the World Intellectual Property Organisation, particularly for domain names.
Stefan acts for, advises and represents companies and multinational companies doing business in France in:
(i) patent litigation and arbitration, and matters and cases involving know-how, trademarks, copyrights, design rights, performing rights and/or image rights;
(ii) data protection and privacy issues and compliance matters; and
(iii) Internet, e-commerce and domain name disputes.
