You have selected options for this person that resulted in a refund. Please proceed to the Registration list to locate their Woo Commerce transaction and apply the refund to their account. The refund should be credited to their account by using a line-item refund. Please DO NOT enter the refund to the entire order balance or it will not properly update the amount paid for their registration. If you do not know how to apply a line-item refund, see the Woo Commerce documentation or contact your website administrator.
The refund will need to be processed manually with your payment gateway as the Safer Pay gateway does not support automatic refunds.
