Jonathan Anderson is Patent Counsel at Eli Lilly and Company overseeing IP strategy for drug delivery device and connected care assets. In addition to preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the United States and abroad, Jonathan counsels his client in IP licensing, patent portfolio analysis, due diligences, and freedom to operate analyses. Prior to joining Lilly, Jonathan spent six years as a patent attorney at Faegre Baker Daniels law firm in Indianapolis where he concentrated his practice on patent procurement, opinion work related to infringement and patent invalidity, and strategic patent portfolio management, primarily in the electrical and mechanical arts. Jonathan holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a JD from Indiana University McKinney School of Law.
