Mark van Gardingen (admitted to the Bar in 1997) specialises in (national and European) patent litigation, with a focus on pharmaceutical/chemical inventions, electro-technology, and mechanical engineering. He litigates before the specialised patent courts of The Hague, the Supreme Court, and the Dutch and European Patent Office. Mark is a member of EPLAW and the special international UPC committee of AIPPI, and active in the EPO’s training program for UPC judges and candidate-judges.
