This year’s Forum is dedicated to counterfeiting from the enforcement authority’s perspective. As last year, customs and police officers of the 28 EU Member States, as well as the European Commission (DG Taxud and OLAF), Europol and WCO will be in attendance. The EDB Forum is targeted at EDB users so that they can network and exchange on enforcement related matters with enforcers. Furthermore, it provides them an opportunity to demonstrate the differences between their original and fake products in the exhibition on the second day.
The Forum will also be an excellent occasion for new users to get registered in EDB and participate in the event. They will be able to start their collaboration with front-line officers and officials working in IPR units in customs and police forces by meeting them in person, and then follow-up the collaboration through the tool.
For more information, please consult the EDB Forum 2016 website.
The registration process is open until May 31 under the following link: https://www.amiando.com/EDBForum16.
